Migrating Head Tags

Moving specific code to corresponding filenames

I am looking for a specialist tool or a method to migrate Meta Tags from original documents to new updated corresponding documents.

Trying to avoid having to "cut and paste" from hundreds of documents to new updated documents!

All tags are unique to pages - and all filenames correspond... i.e. doc1.htm (old) to doc1.htm (new)

Is there an easy way to migrate specific Meta tags (keyword + description) and content from 1 document to another - in BATCH or bulk?
