SFTP Editors

Is there any file editors that work over SFTP

I normally use TextPad to do all my coding in, but what I really need, is an editor, that will allow me to edit files directly over sftp (sshftp).

I have winscp, and it allows me to edit one file at a time, but I really would like to know if there is something a little better.

Konqueror (linux only but it comes on a knoppix disk) will allow you to remotely work via the fish and sftp protocols, for example typing "fish://www.tld.com" into the location bar would prompt for a username and password then establish an ssh connection, then files can be manipulated (edited, moved, copied, et-al) as if local.
