I am trying to go from frames to non-frames. So, I want to make a template to apply to all my pages. The template should have a navigation bar on the left (a pic of a nav bar, and use hotspots), and have a left margin (i'm using css), so that all the text avoids the picture of the nav. bar.
please help, I have tried but nothing so far.
