Text Editor in Webpage

what tool can I use to implement an texteditor...

Hi,

I am in the middle of working on a new project. And now I am running in a little problem.

I want to integrate a texteditor in one of my pages so that users can post theit own articles for the site (since I did not find any cms i realy liked, we decided to make it ourself).

So does anyoneo know a programm that we could use (open source would be nice too..)
