New to dreamweaver and would like to know if it is possible to build a menu that uses the filenames in the site as links to all of the pages so that when a new page is added it is automatically added to the menu. The desired result is to have the folder names on the homepage and when a link is clicked the menu shows the files as links contained in that folder etc.

welcome to webmasterworld rdreamweaver,

Probably worth looking at Macromedia DW's extension lists on Macromedia's website.

I have had a look at the extentions all I could find was one that created a menu based on the path back to the root. Have not been able to find one that will show all the files in the web. Any more help would be appreciated.

The creators of the highest-ranked DW extensions on the exchange have a newish commercial extension which does what you aim for as an option (amongst other things) but it hasn't been listed on the exchange yet...

can you get anything like this that is free? All the replies have been very helpful. This program is exactly what I was looking for.
