Changing size of shared borders

Is it possible to change the size of a shared border? I'm a tech writer (not a web developer) who is updating my personal web site with FP 2002. I would prefer to use shared borders for navigation instead of frames. I'm using to tweaking the coding in HTML view.

The borders should adjust to fit the height or width of what you put in them.

You might also want to consider using include files in the shared borders. It makes editing a little easier, IMHO. I forget exactly what the dialogue is called in FP2002, but I think it's called Insert FrontPage Web Component > Content > Page or something similar. When you get to the "Page" part of the dialogue, you select the include file, and that becomes the content in your shared border.
