If you've had a chance to try the beta versions , now's your chance to try out the final product.

"PHP and ASP.NET are now fully-supported languages, in addition to the languages that were supported by UltraDev 4.0 (ASP, JSP, and ColdFusion). PHP developers will love the support not only for code highlighting, but for code completion! Type the first letter of a PHP function, and watch a list of all PHP functions that begin with that letter pop up, complete with parameter lists for each. Dreamweaver MX is now my favourite PHP code editor!"

I found the beta version a little buggy, but I still found it leaps and bounds ahead of DW4.
I was previously using both DW4 and CF Studio, but haven't opened either of them since installing the beta DW MX.

Whats the forums opinion of the latest WYSIWYG?

I found that the beta version is a bit buggy (it stop working on my home computer, and consequently took DW4 to the cleaners - restall), I just tried to buy a copy of the MX studio upgrade level 2, but i can't get the retail in the UK for another 2-3 weeks, so i am going through the official site for it, but i'm trying to clear it with accounts.

From the moment i opened the Beta, from download, i was impressed, especially on a large resolution, as the many panels they had in DW4 and FW4, have been incorporated into the visual workspace tooling, with the site info on the right. I think this for beginners will be a little intimidating, but once they get through the manuals, they will see why other more experienced users, will dig it.

Due to the buggyness, of the beta, which i hope they have fully resolved in the full release product. I have'nt had the chance to look into the code that it generates, as in the unnecessary kb eating stuff. Other things i will be watching for is its Reference library, and also its claims, to support all of the server side stuff to varying degrees.

I've been using the full product for a couple weeks now. I find that it works really great. I was pleased to find that they added all of the components of ultradev this time with the addition of PHP.
