hi everyone
i want to make a website
and ive been using (Microsoft Expression Web 3) for that
and now i want to add a long paragraph in the middle of the page
so i made a new layer but i couldn't find where to add a scrollbar
so can you help me find it
Note: im biggner in this so simplfy it as simple as possible
