I just upgraded to Netbeans 6.9 and am having an issue where a dialog pops up when I save either a JS or CSS file that the file has been edited externally. Doesn't happen every time, but in the ballpark of half the time. I can still save, but having to hit ok every time is a touch on the annoying side.
The same thing hasn't happened with any other file types.
The files are opened over network via a Samba share.
