Dreamweaver CS4 adding content= tag

New version of Adobe Dreamweaver adding content="Adding tag

Since upgrading to Dreamweaver CS4, I have noticed that it sometimes, for no apparent reason, it appears to randomly add a new tag to my links.

 content="name of link" 

I have no idea what this is about, but I would love to stop it happening.
