Does this work on IE7,IE8 ?

Does this work on IE7,IE8 ?

I tried to break up the hyperlink with linefeeds,
strangely, the link still works on IE6 and FF2.x
But it does NOT work on FF3.x

Anybody using IE7 or IE8 wanna give it a try?

In IE 8 it fails. The link points to
h%20ttp://%20www.g%20oogle.com/
