Are there any WYSIWYG editors out there which produce code for displaying code compliant pages on mobiles? The market for them must be about to go ballistic any moment now.

Yep: Notepad, with @ media handheld stylesheet [w3.org] written in - you guessed it - Notepad :)

Hard work is not always neccessary. If the wheel has already been invented then don't reinvent it!

I suggest that, instead of trotting out hackneyed phrases, you actually read up on @media stylesheets...

Then you might begin to understand that any writing mark-up for any one device is much, much worse than simply reinventing the wheel...

Don't believe me? Fairy nuff, why should you?

But I can't fathom why you won't trust the guy who did invent the wheel...
