Bizarre Dreamweaver Find and Replace Behavior

Anyone ever had an issue in DW with the find/replace dialog box appearing just off of the desktop window in the upper right-hand corner?

This has happened to me twice. Once a long time ago... and today. I can’t remember how I fixed it previously. I’m using win/xp and right clicking the find/replace on the taskbar and selecting move brings the cursor to the upper right-hand corner but I can’t grab the $%*&@*&$ box! Arrgg... I feel like I’m chasing my tail.
