Tables will not line up in dreamweaver

I am trying to design a webpage for te school I work at, however, I am having a problem with tables. What I would like are three seperate columns. Two of the columns will have an image border, with text inside, and the last column is for an image/ button links. When I create the tables in dreamweaver, they are all aligned at the top of the page, but hwen I view them in IE7 the last column drops lower than the others. you can view the site at <url removed>

Add Valign="top" to the table cell.

You should be using less tables and css but for now this should do.
