a service called [i will sticky you] has templates for some popular web 2.0 type sites that you can use. Not bad, but only 3 types of sites are offered.

thanks for the email, but I realy need to create those myself, i dont want any business relation with another company and I also think its about time we seen a new program with more web 2.0 features.

The JotSpot [jot.com] wikis were very much along these lines. They are/were powered by AJAX and are very WYSIWYG. The problem you'll encounter now is that since Google purchased them they aren't allowing new sign-ups, but old accounts work just fine.
