How do I implementRSS feeds in Dreamweaver for my site?

I have no idea where to start. I would like to add various RSS feeds from different sources to different pages of my site. I don't know how to even start doing this. I use Dreamweaver and it's a static site. I think I need some sort of reader or aggragator. I would like the feeds to refresh after a time. It would be cool if they archived but it doesn't have to.

We have an entire forum related to RSS and Atom [webmasterworld.com] technology. You may find an answer to your question already there. In terms of your WYSIWYG editor it wouldn't make much difference on how you would add the feed to your site.
