This may seem like an overly stupid question but it's one those I keep banging my head against a wall for.

In FP 2000 you can create a hyperlink using the shortcut and then simply paste the link directly in.

In FP 2002 it gives me this new box where I can go to the web, recent files etc but it does not let me paste the link I want directly into the box.

Does anyone know how to get around it without manually having to type the page in or visit a link that does not exist yet etc?

Just paste the link in the Address field, and put the title in the Text to Display field.

I also hate having to get used to the changes engineers make from one version of a program to another. Oh well.

Thanks Woz - That is what I have been trying to do but when I right click nothing happens, so I cannot paste from the menu. Any other way to paste which I am not thinking about?

Another question is as well in FP 2000 which I use when I paste font such as "1font, 2font, 3font" it works but FP 2002 does not seem to accept that and does not take the three fonts. Any ideas on that as well?

Thank you.

Instead of right click, try ctrl+V, it will work.

I did not understood your question about "font", so sorry can't help you there.

Need Scripts, that works I rely too much on the right click! Thanks.

As for the fonts what I mean is I design one site in FP 2000 but we have some new people and they are using FP 2002.

I transfer the files over but I notice that when they try to change the font which in FP 2000 was "verdana, arial, helvetica" or whatever (three fonts) they cannot simply select the text click font and then paste the above fonts into the font box.

When they do that it does not change the font.

I guess maybe cuz, when they are doing copy paste from the wysiwyg view, they are changing the fonts and not the style (this is just a guess).

I assume you are using CSS and so when you (or anyone else) pastes something in the file, it will use the style for that TD (in a way this a very good feature for web masters to maintain the style without having to keep on updating on very copy-paste).

I don't think you can just copy-paste the font group in the font selction option. you might wanna change it from css sheet or source code of the page.. but I might be wrong.
