Batch convert Windows <-> Unix text files w/ long filename support

Does anyone know of a good program, GUI or commandline for Windows that will convert between unix & dos/windows line endings?

I went looking and couldn't come up with anything. I usually let my ftp program do it on-the-fly when downloading them.

Brett, I think Bk ReplacEm [webmasterworld.com] can do what he wants.

Allen, once you install the free program, you can search for LF "{}n" and replace it with CR+LF "{}r". Take a look at the Help File under "Advanced Edit". All the details are there.
