Dreamweaver MX Sites Disappearing from Dropdown

Well, this is twice in two weeks so I'm a little frustrated. With no precipitating incident the sites from the dropdown in my Site Panel group (in Dreamweaver MX for PC) have first all and then mostly disappeared. The first time the site dropdown was blank, this time I lost everything alphabetically after "M". Since each site takes about two minutes to set up and I've got 50 of them, this obviously isn't something I need happening. I downloaded the patch after the update after the first time this happened, but alas that wasn't it. Does anyone have any ideas/insight/experience with this? Thanks.

What operating system are you using?

Sounds like a bug or perhaps a memory shortage problem. You might want to browse around or post your problem at Macromedia's support forums.

I'm using Windows 2000. I just put PC Cillin in and found five instances of WORM, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. I went to the Macromedia forum and learned how to back up the settings, which will help enormously, I think. Thanks for the feedback. I'm all ears if anything else comes to mind.
