lookin for tool

I need a tool which would allow to search and replace text in multiple txt.files. I'm working with a simple notepad to create html-files and sometimes I need to change some particular part of ALL files (like changing filepaths for pictures). and it takes of course a lot of time making it manually.
is there any tool which can make that?

One nice surprise about DW (as opposed to FP which I'm used to) is that it lets you use regular expressions in your search and replace.

Definetely a nifty tool for searching and replacing.
