Dreamweaver tables

Can anyone help me?

Why does dreamweaver always leave a 5mm or so gap at the top of the design and the browser edge, how can i get around this?

I tried using background images to line up with my buttons but they all fall at different heights in different browsers.

There must be a way to get around this.

Please help me, this has bugged me for years now.

Right click on the design section of dreamweaver and select page properties in the apperance section set all margins to 0 (the number zero) then click apply depending on what version of dreamweaver you have it will either make the changes in css or the body tag.

I had looked in there before, but as all of the fields were blank by default I assumed they were "0" and did not try changing them.
