Publishing in net objects fusion 7

Hi,

I am quite new to creating websites to the net.
I have built a web site in fusion 7 and i am wondering where to publish it. Do i publish to home, index, default as it gives me these options?

currently i have it published to home and index and it shows both on my server is this a problem?
