Using ColdFusion & FrontPage on same site

I'm getting ready to start up a new site. Part of it will be database using ColdFusion. Then we intend to create HTML pages from the database and publish them to regular HTML pages.

My intent is to edit those pages using FrontPage, plus create some pages that don't originate in the database at all.

But this is new, unlike how we handled it before.

Our previous solution was to have the database on a separate site, publish bare html pages on THAT site, then I would "import" those pages to the MAIN site, adding the borders and such at that time. We need the database because a lot of admin functions are handled through it.

We did this partly because the host of the main site could not handle ColdFusion. And the host of the ColdFusion site could not handle FrontPage.

That worked well, as Google liked the site very much.

But it was a lot of maintenance.

Now, I want to put it all together when creating the new site. I've preliminarily contacted a host called HostExcellence (I think) and they say they can handle both ColdFusion and FrontPage on the same site and that it won't be a problem.

Me, not being the technical guy -- want to troubleshoot this idea before I actually do anything, and you folks seem to know what you are talking about.

Does anyone foresee any problems? Does anyone have recommendations for a reliable host where we could work this? Anything I haven't thought of?

Thanks, in advance -- for your input and ideas.
