How do you turn pages on or off in FrontPage 2003?

Hi :) Can someone please tell me how to turn pages on or off in FrontPage 2003 navigation?

You can do that in the Navigation view. Right click the icon of the page and you can toggle the Included in Link Bars.

However, most of the seasoned FP users tend to stay away from this. It gets complicated depending on your site structure. I stopped using FP navigation in all my sites and switched to Include Pages which are more like an SSI. You get a lot more control over the site this way.
