DW Crashing and Autosave

Does it have an autosave option?

AAAAARRRRRGHHH!

I have just lost more than an hours work after I got a "DW will have to close" message. I cannot find any autosave option. Does it have one?

Also, is it common for DW to crash lke this? It seem to happen to me a couple of times a day lately.

AFAIK it doesnt do autosave.

Ive not really experienced "will have to close" message with DW, but have on a number of occasions had it lock up and had to force the close myself, and then opened it back up to find all my site definitions have gone.

It's a real pain in the @ss for me because it does this on a regular basis. I was hoping someone else had experienced it and found a fix.
