Filename Test In DW Find and Replace?

In Dreamweaver I know I can do a Find and Replace on a hand selected group of files, but the files I'm trying to manipulate are all over the place in a really big site.

Trying to select the group by hand would be very difficult. So I'm would like to perform a Filename test (there are common Filename chars to test for) before applying the Find and Replace. Anyone know how to do this? Or maybe another editor that will do it?

You could always put the code in Word, do the find/edit process and see if that works.
