FP Forms problems.

I have been trying to get FP form to function on my website for months now. I probably have about 10 different 'test' forms on 5 different domains. My hosting co. has not been able to resolve the issue and say it is in my code. However, I cannot determine the problem and only get the message about extensions being installed (but yet my host indicates they ARE installed).

Is there anyone out there that could figure this out if I gave more info?

I've tried form results to a file in .cvs format. I've tried a cgi script. Nothing.

There was an earlier post topic that is now closed, but I have the same problem as the poster. When hitting submit on the form it takes one to /_derived/nortbots.htm page and a msg about extensions, however like I said my host says extensions are installed and that others on the same server are not having the problem. I can't figure out what is wrong.

Ask them to re-install the extensions. The extensions are very easy to break.

Make sure you are not FTP anything into your site either. And make sure if you are dumping into a CSV file - that the folder's permissions are set properly
