I'd like to login not with my IP, but an IP from a different country. I tried all the anonymous proxies - which work great, but they give funny URL - and don't look natural. Please advice.

You would have to use a proxy of some sort to appear as though you were coming from another country. Anonymous proxies aren't the only proxies out there.
I don't clearly understand what you're trying to do. Could you explain more?

I don't want an anonnymous IP - but a real one that I can be diagnozed as browsing from Japan, Europe or anywhere else. Any suggestions?

Unless you can take your server off the public internet you kind of have to be at at the IP in some form - You cant just use a japanese ISP IP address and hope to route with it, you may get your packets to the server but the server is definitly going to reply to Japan not to you. Havign said that if you have the equipment, you could set up two computers One DNS server attached to both the internet and a private IP network. The server would have two interfaces one on the private network the other thinking it is on the public network, it would have it's DNS servers as the private IP address of the DNS server. Now you can hook up a laptop or other computer either with a cross over cable or a hub and set up aa bit of routing and you can use any IP address you want, and even have it resolved properly for logging.

Or if you have very specific tests that you need run you might find some one on willing to give you a temparary ssh account on their server. I have no Idea where to ask other that here.
