OpenAI has said it'll allow users to turn off chat history in ChatGPT, which means the chat is no longer part of its training. Users will find the controls in the settings, and once turned off the history will be retained for 30-days, but not used, except to monitor for abuse, before permanently deleting.

It's also working on a Business Subscription Service coming in the next few months.

It also mentioned a new Export option available in settings.

Nice to have levers and controls. Time will tell if they actually provide that much management of the program/ai.
