I found that Google hands out a free search utility that you can add to your own site. It allows visitors to search your site, or the internet. It is basically a form, but that's a foreign language to me. All I want is to give the visitors one choice to search my site, but I want the search engine to search 2 different domains.

Is that possible?

Is this the right forum?

Thanks.

One thing to keep in mind. Unless your site is fully indexed by Google their "free search" is useless.

Thanks for the tip. It's been up for about 5 years now, so I think it is?

but I want the search engine to search 2 different domains.

I don't think that is possible, put 2 search boxes on your site or let the visitor choose a domain with radiobuttons in the form.

Actually I got it to work...

we have a "www" and "faculty" before the site.com part of our site. all instead of having google search each one individually like: www.site.com and faculty.site.com I changed it to search just "site.com"

easy!

Thanks for the help.
