Google Toolbar "Browse by Name"

Does anyone use this feature?

Google seems to have dug a bit deeper recently for its Browse by Name feature and I was quite excited to see one of my sites getting hit on quite a lot of keyphrases.

However I then realised the downside: for those phrases where my site is number 2 or 3, then someone using Browse by Name will not usually see it at all.

But am I worrying over nothing? Does anyone apart from me actually use this feature of the toolbar? And how many people use the toolbar anyway?
