A business partner I been working with had a really valuable site, ranking 1 in many keywords, he made a living off that site. Then one day, he checked the site and google has banned it, a competitor got jealous of it and spammed my partners site on 24,000 blogs and google banned it, is this legal? there should be somekind of protection from this, I mean the site he built took 2 years to accomplished and it went down after it got blogged to death, losing 90% of his income. Any info on this would help thanks.
