Has anyone successfully got a definition of commercial use from G for the API?
It strikes me as rather broad - if you take the logic far enough, almost anything that's on a public website that uses the API could be classed as commercial use... In particular, if your site is a non pay-site, but generates revenue through advertising - would that be commercial? Or, if the API is being used on a non pay-site that's clearly for a commercial organisation... etc.
I've emailed G about this already, but not had any response, so wondered what the take on 'commercial' was here? It seems quite strange that the contract doesn't define it in any way.
