Switching Computers...how to transfer G.Desktop Data?

Hard to live without Google Desktop, can it be transferred?

I'm assuming this data is stored somewhere...how can i transfer it to my new machine?

I thought i transferred all the files from one machine to the new one...except all my desktop searches are showing up blank!
