We have a 10-12,000 page site that provides information on about 8,000 B and M
locations developed for their parent origination.

The pages provide: address (including other locations within 10 miles),
phone numbers, services offered, a link to their Web site, etc.

Google’s “site:widgets.com” request returns 7,000 -23,000 pages depending on
the day or time it’s checked. This has been ongoing for about 3 months.

A search for the unique page title in Google web will display in the 100-200 range.
A search in Local will often return 5 of the top 10 listings, all from this site.

MS Search is sending 2,000-3,000 uniques, and Yahoo about 1,200-2,000 daily.
Google Local is sending about 150 which may indicate a lack of awareness
of local search.

Google the Web is sending about 50-60 per day. Ask J is sending more.

Is there any correlation of local search and the WW Web?

It’s a mystery we have not been able to solve.
