I scanned my PC with Norman Ad Aware tool but problem is still there.
After a while I successfully removed Google from my first page but I don’t think that I solved problem.
When I go to Google and do the search the same happens again.

I think that you've a spyware/adaware problem.
The first you should scan your HD with a valid and UPDATED product that surely would find the "infamous" software.Remember to be OFF LINE during the process.
Once you've cleaned up the HD you should uninstall with appropriate commands (NOT simply deleting files/folders)Google toolbar and any suspicious software you happen to meet by entering the control panel.
Deselect Google as starting page on your browser (ideally you should leave "blank" page).
Restart the computer and verify.If it's all right,then,if you want you'll can re-select Google as starting page without problems.
I use Norman AntiVirus and Norman Add Aware Pro.
Are these VALID enough or what else do I need?
it works but search engine gives me list of misleading matches.
The first ten matches are always some shopping links
LOL. If it's of any consolation -- most of us have that problem. Google's results keep changing. Try searching for other terms, like Microsoft, or United Nations and see if the results look "hijacked".
Try the Microsoft AntiSpyware Scanner, a free download and so far the most effective as cleaning systems.

After trying a couple of live CDs pick one and install it, slowly convert what you now do on Windows to Linux.
Then dump Windows forever.

Leave this alone.It's something you don't have to do if you haven't a great skill with computers.

This is a valid product in my opinion;another anti-spyware software that I've used successfully is "Spy Bot Search & Destroy" last release.
Try one of these and let us know.
Then need we discuss Outlook, Word, etc.. etc...

However,i agree on the fact that Windows is not the maximum about protection,but it can be "updated" easily with an excellent firewall such as Zone Alarm.
For a self confessed technophobe I don't think a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-dive-into-*nix suggestion is particularly useful. While the Firefox suggestion is sound and should help protect from future such occurences (NOT 100%), he may want to download Firefox here [mozilla.org] and use it instead of Internet Explorer in future.
For the moment he's got either a problem with the quality of Google SERPs or a genuine issue with a hijacked browser. The main resources for this that I use are Hijack this [search.yahoo.com] which helps catch any hijacking on your IE (a bit of technical knowledge may be required to understand the scan results) and freeware programs like Adaware [lavasoftusa.com], Spybot [safer-networking.org] and AVG Antivirus [grisoft.com]. Sometimes you need to run a scan with more than one antivirus/antispyware program. So, in addition to Norman (yes, Norman), I'd try one or two more.

for some secondary functions (E mail, surfing etc)
To be honest I am on line almost all the time just to be in contact with my friends.
This is the first time I get this kind a problem which is not as big as someone thinks.

I use some other Norwegian start page and the search engine for this page (startsiden.no) is powered by Google.
Not problem at all.
Only when I start search from google.com or google.no
I get misleading matches.
There is logical explanation for this as well but who cares.
I'll keep trying. This is challenging.

This is not important.Only few seconds are needed to a virus or spyware/adaware to infiltrate the system;if you use a firewall protection you will'be surprised to see how many intrusion attempts it is able to block in few time.The mine for example has blocked 2089 attempts in a month!
So don't believe that using moderately internet you're secure.
