How do i go about keeping pages with the same about of importinces

You have to interlink them and to get inbound links only on the home page.

i have a image that is on all pages linking to the index and all pages link to each other.

I assume that for "the same about of importance" you mean Page Rank ,isn't it?

Well,in this case the best way to keep the same Page Rank level for all the pages is to interlink all them;this means that you have to link the home /index page to each other one and each other page to the hime/index one.

If you,otherwise mean indexability (you want to index all your pages?)the way is the same;

Keep only in mind that in both cases links have to be textual and not by images.
