Conflict of toolbar

Using IE 6.0.2, I use Google and an auto form filler toolbars.

I recently found an accessibility checker toolbar which despite restrictions in screen real estate was a must have. Having downloaded and installed, I can't see on IE. Unticked/ ticked View/toolbars, Restarted, reinstalled done all that.

Anyone had any similiar experiences, and more importantly have any solutions so that I can see the accessibility toolbar?
