I don't imagine there will be any toolbar "wars" since it would make sense for Microsoft if they are smart (...and who here thinks they are not?) to just incorporate a form of toolbar functions (pop up blocker etc) into the direct coding of the next IE update. Once they do that the whole who's toolbar will I use debate will be eliminated as most users will not bother to seek out a function that will be standard in their IE. Yes? :)

IE pop-up blocker is a part of Windows XP Service Pack 2 coming out in a few months.

Actually, if no pop-up is present, it goes out and looks for one.
