Has PR Rank already been updated for the month?

Usually it gets updated at the end of each month?

Hi,

Just curious if anyone knows whether the new pr rank update has taken place yet. Usually it happens at around this time of the month.

Did it already take place during the Austin update? I'm still showing the same PR as before, no changes. Was hoping for an increase ;-)

PR was last updated on January 25th. Thus, I wouldn't expect another PR update for at least a couple of weeks. However, with the new unpredictable Google, who knows?

Thanks Spica. I was afraid of that.

Strange thing is I've added many new high PR backlinks, but the toolbar is displaying the same PR as before. I was hoping for an increase of 2 points or so :(

Google must have penalized my home page. I inadvertently copied the same pages into different folders, not realizing it until a couple of weeks later.

Anyone know how long it takes for PR to recover after being penalized?

My experience is that PR is updated on every major index update (every friday)

I'm not sure how often Google actually indexes or updates, but I was referring specifically to the Google Toolbar PR.

It appears to me it is updated once a month, usually towards the end of each month. Can't say I'm 100% sure, though.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
