toolbar and avant browser

last week i installed google toolbar & love it

i just switched browsers, from internet explorer to Avant and the problem is....

when i use google toolbar, it opens the search with IE instead of Avant

could someone point me in the right direction for help or doesn't the toolbar work with Avant Browser?

Google Toolbar works fine in my copy of Avant Browser.

I would uninstall the toolbar, reboot, and then re-install as first thing to try.
