Google toolbar for MAC

How do I check pr on a MAC?

Recently my PC computer had to get repaired, forcing me to use my old MAC. The problem is how to check PR from the internal pages of my sites. The current toolbar is not MAC compatible. One trick I have tried is to look at the PR in the Google's Directory. However, this only shows the PR of the main page. Does anyone know how to see the PR of any page for a MAC?

The only way to see PR on a Mac is through the Google directory... if a site isn't listed in the directory, you need a PC to check it.

I like to think this little limitation gives us Mac users the opportunity to take a slightly less neurotic/obsessive view of the world, and check our site's well being through more substantive methods, like traffic logs and actual query rankings. :)

I hope there is someone out there that could create some kind of PR search, where one could type in the URL of the page that they wanted to see the PR for.
This is a suggestion that I hope someone will take time to complete.

Try this in your browser:

toolbarqueries [toolbarqueries.google.com]

the last digit is the PageRank. The only problem is the ch hash - it's page specific and it's up to you to find it for the pages you need to check.

You can try with a logging proxy... I also read somewhere that you can view the cached requests URI's in IE's cache directory.

Look for Google IP's not toolbarqueries.google.com though.

I used CC Proxy, I think it was an evalution version, but you certainly can do your work in less than 30 days ;-)
