Tracking changed URLs vs original URL in GA?

Just launched a redesign. Changed URL structure using redirects.

Was looking forward to comparing KPIs of original versions of pages with new improved versions. But since the URLs have changed I can't compare new URL to the old URL.

I'm not finding anything online to remedy this. Anyone dealt with this during a site migration where you're changing the URLs (not the domain)?

At some point I'd like to compare post launch with pre launch to see changes in bounce rates, conversions, etc.

i would either use a spreadsheet or write a script to solve this.

Spreadsheet or database ... set up keys ad go from there.

Nightly imports necessary to keep data up to date, but that can be automated.
