Google Toolbar - Still getting Popups

I've just downloaded the google toolbar and would like to know why am still receiving Popups. The Popup blocker is set not to allow any Popups.I don't know if i've done something wrong but any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance

See [toolbar.google.com...] - "Why do pop-ups sometimes appear even when the pop-up blocker is on?"

This is available through the "Help" menu in the toolbar itself.

you might also have a spamware application installed that you don't know about. They sometimes get installed along with freeware apps. Try installing AdAware and do a sweep of your system to see if anything like Gator is installed. That could solve the problem.
