a PR story...

for anyone that has <1 yo site there is hope!

I build my site and it went live in November of 2002. Starting getting links and working on the SEO around February 03.

Up until a month ago I have had to use adwords for ALL of my traffic. Beginning of July I starting coming up in the serps. Page 1 for three word combinations and Page 2-5 for two word combos.

I started seeing some good traffic and was still moving up in the ranks. All the while NO PR, it had been a gray bar and moved to a PR0 sometime around May 03.

Well low and behold I come in today and check PR as I always do.

HOLY!@#$$@# I have a PR4. Wow! So I am just saying there is hope for you webmasters that have < 1 year old sites and are not seeing PR.

I know PR might not mean as much anymore but hey it is better to have than to have not.
