Google News to share "fast flip" through open API

I saw video interview Google's Josh Cohen [beet.tv] tells Beet.TV, Google's "Fast Flip" will be an open API, just as Google Maps, users to put "Fast Flip" onto their sites.

And I saw some sites have "Fast Flip" on their pages! I've searched the Google API, but not have any information.

Anybody know about API "Fast Flip"? Please help me!
