Did the Google Toolbar Voting Buttons Disappear? (The smily faces)

I created some new pages I want Google to crawl, but I don't see the smiley face voting buttons on the toolbar any more.

Were they discontinued?

How else can I get Google to crawl these new pages?

I should clarify, most my pages are indexed in Google, I just want Googlebot to add these new pages I just made.
