Possible to get Google CSE without the Google branding?

I'm making changes to my site that will preclude me using my own search function to search my site. I was trying to figure out how to address this problem, and started thinking about Google Custom Search. It would work well for the site.

The problem is the Google logos. Mine is an ecommerce site, and I think having the Google name appear will look amateurish.

Does anyone know if there's a way to have the search function without any Google branding?

im pretty sure by their terms and agrement you must keep the logo visible.

i dont know what they can do if you take it off, but i wouldnt try.

just keep it. everyone is familiar with google and they may give you a little wink with your search engine rankings just by having it on your site....

rumor maybe.
