Google Toolbar says my English page is in German - how do I fix this?

What to do when Google Toolbar says your site is in the wrong language.

Hello. I have several pages on my website that when I visit, my Google Toolbar says they are in German, even though they are all in English.

My questions are:

How can I fix this issue so my users don't see this message?

Do I need to report this to Google and if so, how do I report it?

Is there something I can fix on the pages so they aren't misinterpreted by Google or other bots as the wrong language?
