Have a computer, where i have all things installed.

And i just noticed in the Registry Editor, that there is still the old button id's left from previous Toolbar version.

Because under NavClient -> 1.1 this exists:
ButtonIds: GoogleMenu=0&Edit=1&NewsHome=2&23=3&PageRank=4&PageInfoMenu=5&Highlight=6

And then under NavClient -> 1.1 -> Options this exists:
ButtonIds: GoogleMenu=0&Edit=1&23=2&FancySearch=3&23=4&NewsHome=5&23=6&PageInfoMenu=7&
PopupKiller=8&23=9&Options=10&Highlight=11

Now i aint no Windows registry guru, so i have no idea if the first buttonid's is used? is it?
Becuase that would mean that people might have had PageRank collected for previous version, but decided to not use the advanced futures in the new version, or is it not used.

(May do packetsniffing on it later, but just can't be bothered at the moment :D )

lazerzubb: I just set up the conditions you mentioned and sniffed some packets. No worries, it doesn't seem to be sending.

As far as I can tell, the Toolbafr will only send requests when either the PageRank or Category buttons are visible. If they aren't listed as 'on' in options, then no worries. The extra line in the registry is probably an artifact from upgrading.
